Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) are a legally binding agreement between you and Voyza Travel LLC (“Voyza,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) and govern your access to and use of voyza.com, together with our hotel search, discovery, recommendation, booking facilitation, account, alert, AI Concierge, content, and related services, as well as any other website, application, tool, feature, or service that links to these Terms (collectively, the “Services”).

Please read these Terms carefully. By accessing or using the Services, creating an account, signing in, searching for hotels, using our AI tools, requesting price alerts, subscribing to updates, selecting a room, making a reservation, or otherwise interacting with the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our separate Privacy Policy. These Terms contain an agreement to resolve most disputes through individual binding arbitration rather than in court, along with a waiver of class and representative actions. Please read the Dispute Resolution section carefully. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Services.

You acknowledge and agree that Voyza is not a hotel, property owner, or property manager. Voyza operates as a third-party platform that facilitates travel search and booking services, and your use of the Services does not necessarily mean that you are booking directly with a hotel or other accommodation provider. Hotels, accommodation providers, booking providers, and other third parties may impose their own terms, policies, rules, and restrictions, and those terms may apply to your use of their services and to any reservation or booking you make through the Services.

Eligibility

You may use the Services only if you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract. By using the Services, you represent that you meet these requirements. Because the Services include booking facilitation and payment-related functionality, the Services are intended for adults and are not directed to minors.

The Services are not directed to children under the age of 13, and Voyza does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If Voyza learns that it has inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 13, Voyza will delete that information as promptly as practicable. If you believe that a child under 13 has provided personal information to Voyza, please contact us at privacy@voyza.com.

Some hotels or lodging providers may impose additional age requirements, identification requirements, payment card requirements, or check-in conditions. You are responsible for reviewing and satisfying those requirements before booking and before travel.

AI Concierge and User Profile Features

Voyza’s Services include an AI-powered concierge (the “AI Concierge”) that allows you to search for and discover travel options through a natural-language chat interface.

THE AI CONCIERGE IS AN ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE SYSTEM. YOU ARE INTERACTING WITH AI, NOT A HUMAN TRAVEL AGENT. Where required by applicable law, Voyza provides notice that you are interacting with an AI system, and Voyza will confirm the AI nature of the AI Concierge if you ask during an interaction. Additional notices, choices, controls, or restrictions may apply depending on the specific feature you use, your location, and applicable law.

If you create an account or use the Services while signed in, Voyza may save your search history, travel preferences, chat conversations, and other interaction data to build a personalized profile (a “User Profile”). Your User Profile allows you to return to previous searches, resume prior AI Concierge conversations, and receive personalized recommendations. Even if you browse or use the AI Concierge without creating an account, Voyza may collect session data and create a temporary profile linked to your device or browser in order to maintain your search session. Your User Profile and related data are governed by our Privacy Policy.

AI Concierge outputs, including hotel recommendations, summaries, price estimates, and travel suggestions, are generated by an automated AI system and may not be accurate, complete, or current. AI outputs do not constitute professional travel advice. You should independently verify all material information before making a booking or travel decision, as further described in the Disclaimers section below.

Use of Conversation Data to Train AI Models

Voyza may use your conversation data, User Profile data, and other interaction data to operate, personalize, secure, test, train, evaluate, and improve the Services. This use is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes your related choices and controls and how to exercise them.

You should not submit sensitive information through the AI Concierge or other Services unless we specifically request it for a particular purpose. Please limit the information you share to what is reasonably necessary for your travel search and booking.

AI Concierge Booking Actions

Voyza may offer features that allow the AI Concierge or other automated tools to help you take actions in connection with your travel search or booking, such as selecting a hotel, comparing rooms or rates, preparing booking information, applying stated preferences, initiating a reservation flow, or assisting with payment or checkout. We refer to these features as “AI Booking Features.”

AI Booking Features act only based on information available to Voyza and the instructions, preferences, account information, profile information, payment information, and other details you provide or authorize us to use. You are responsible for making sure that your instructions and information are accurate, complete, and current. Unless Voyza clearly tells you otherwise and you separately agree to a different process, the AI Concierge will not complete a paid booking or submit payment on your behalf unless you first receive the material booking details and affirmatively confirm the booking. Those details may include the hotel, room type, dates, guest count, price, taxes, and fees, cancellation policy, refundability, Provider terms, and other material terms presented before purchase.

By confirming a booking through an AI Booking Feature, you authorize Voyza, the applicable Provider, the hotel, payment processors, and other service providers to take the steps necessary to complete the booking and process the payment or payment authorization. Your booking will be subject to the Provider’s and hotel’s terms, policies, cancellation rules, refund rules and other restrictions, even if the booking was assisted or initiated by the AI Concierge.

AI Booking Features may misunderstand instructions, rely on incomplete or outdated information, select an option that does not match your preferences, or experience technical errors. You are responsible for reviewing all booking details before confirming a booking. Voyza is not responsible for errors caused by inaccurate, incomplete, or unclear instructions, failure to review booking details, Provider or hotel errors, changes in availability or pricing, or third-party system issues, except to the extent required by applicable law.

If you believe an AI Booking Feature completed, initiated, or assisted with a booking in error, you must contact Voyza promptly at legal@voyza.com and also follow any cancellation or support procedures provided by the applicable Provider or hotel. Voyza may try to assist you, but cancellation, change, refund, and no-show rights are governed by the applicable booking terms, Provider terms, hotel policies, and applicable law. The use of an AI Booking Feature does not create a separate right to cancel, change, or receive a refund unless expressly stated at checkout or required by law.

Voyza may limit, suspend, modify, or discontinue AI Booking Features at any time, including for risk, compliance, security, fraud-prevention, operational, or product reasons.

Automated Access, LLMs, and Agents

Except where Voyza expressly permits automated access, you may not use any engine, software, tool, agent, or other device or mechanism to access, collect, or extract information from the Services for an unauthorized purpose, or in a manner that imposes an unreasonable burden on our infrastructure. Where Voyza makes technical materials available for search engines, AI agents, large language models (“LLMs”), or other automated systems, your use of those materials remains subject to these Terms and any accompanying technical instructions or restrictions.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and otherwise process information, including information collected through the AI Concierge and User Profile features. By using the Services, you acknowledge our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. To the extent there is a direct conflict between these Terms and the Privacy Policy regarding the processing of personal information, the Privacy Policy controls.

The Services

Voyza helps travelers discover, compare, evaluate, and book hotels and other lodging. The Services may include:

  • destination and hotel search, results, and filters;
  • AI-assisted recommendations and AI-generated hotel summaries and review highlights;
  • an AI Concierge or chat interface with User Profile saving and session-continuation capabilities;
  • an AI Booking Feature to help you take actions in connection with your travel search or booking;
  • hotel detail pages, room and rate information, and map features;
  • guest review information, ratings, and sentiment summaries;
  • price-drop alerts, newsletters, and other communications;
  • account features, including saved hotels or trip history, User Profiles, and saved AI Concierge conversations;
  • booking facilitation through third-party booking and hotel providers;
  • editorial content, guides, blog posts, destination pages, and related materials; and
  • technical materials made available for search engines, AI agents, large language models (“LLMs”), and other automated systems.

We may change, suspend, limit, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time. We do not guarantee that any particular feature, destination, hotel, rate, room type, offer, alert, account function, content item, booking provider, or AI feature will remain available.

Third-Party Platform and Booking Providers

Voyza acts as a travel search platform and booking facilitator. Voyza is not a travel agent, tour operator, or direct supplier of travel services. The relationship between Voyza and you is that of platform provider and user. No joint venture, partnership, agency, employment, or fiduciary relationship is created by these Terms or by your use of the Services.

Bookings made through the Services may be fulfilled by one or more third-party booking or hotel providers (“Provider(s)”). These Providers are independent of Voyza, and Voyza does not control, and is not responsible for, the acts, omissions, errors or policies of any Provider, hotel, or supplier. Providers and hotels may impose their own terms, policies, and restrictions that apply to your reservation.

Dispute Resolution

Informal Resolution. Before commencing arbitration, please contact us at legal@voyza.com so that we can try to resolve any dispute informally. You must provide written notice of your dispute, describing the nature of the dispute, and the relief you seek. Voyza will have 60 days from receipt of your notice to resolve the dispute informally. Neither party may commence arbitration until the 60-day informal resolution period has expired, unless exigent circumstances require immediate injunctive relief.

Arbitration Agreement. Except where prohibited by law, you and Voyza agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Services, any booking, any communication with Voyza, the AI Concierge, the AI Booking Feature, any AI output, or any relationship between you and Voyza will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by National Arbitration & Mediation (“NAM”) under its Comprehensive Dispute Resolution Rules and Procedures and, where applicable, its Supplemental Rules for Mass Arbitration Filings (collectively, the “NAM Rules”), rather than in court, except that either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction. The Federal Arbitration Act governs the interpretation and enforcement of this arbitration agreement. Arbitration uses a neutral arbitrator instead of a judge or jury. The arbitrator may award the same damages and relief on an individual basis that a court could award, and must follow these Terms as a court would. All issues are for the arbitrator to decide, except that issues relating to arbitrability, the scope or enforceability of this arbitration agreement, and the interpretation of the class action waiver are for a court of competent jurisdiction to decide.

Unless you and Voyza agree otherwise, arbitration will be conducted in the county or other locality of your primary residence, or at another location the parties mutually agree upon. At either party’s request, the arbitration may be conducted by telephone, videoconference, or through written submissions. The arbitrator’s award shall be final and binding, and judgment may be entered on it in any court of competent jurisdiction. Each party shall pay its own attorneys’ fees unless otherwise authorized by statute or the NAM Rules.

Class and Representative Action Waiver. You and Voyza agree to bring claims against the other only in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class or representative proceeding. THIS MEANS CLASS ACTIONS AND REPRESENTATIVE ACTIONS ARE NOT ALLOWED. UNLESS BOTH PARTIES AGREE OTHERWISE, THE ARBITRATOR MAY NOT CONSOLIDATE OR JOIN MORE THAN ONE PERSON’S CLAIMS AND MAY NOT PRESIDE OVER ANY FORM OF A CONSOLIDATED, REPRESENTATIVE, OR CLASS PROCEEDING. The class action waiver is non-severable from the arbitration agreement. If the waiver is found invalid or unenforceable for any reason, then the entirety of this arbitration agreement shall be null and void, and any dispute shall be resolved in court, individually and not on a class-wide basis.

Mass Arbitration Procedures. If 25 or more substantially similar arbitration demands are filed against Voyza by or with the assistance of the same law firm or organization (a “Mass Filing”), the following procedures apply: (a) NAM’s Supplemental Rules for Mass Arbitration Filings shall apply; (b) NAM shall administer the Mass Filing in staged batches of no more than 50 claims per stage; (c) only the first-stage batch shall be arbitrated, after which the parties shall engage in a global mediation of all remaining demands; (d) if the parties cannot resolve remaining demands through mediation, NAM shall proceed with subsequent batches; (e) any applicable statute of limitations shall be tolled during the batching process. These procedures are designed to promote efficient resolution and shall not be construed to impose greater procedural burdens on any party than those required by law.

Small Claims Court. Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court, so long as the matter remains in small claims court and advances only on an individual, non-class, non-representative basis.

Arbitration Opt-Out. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending written notice to legal@voyza.com within 30 days of first agreeing to these Terms. Your opt-out notice must include your name, email address, and a statement that you wish to opt out of the arbitration agreement. If you opt out, you remain subject to the governing law and venue provisions below.

Future Amendments to Arbitration Agreement. If Voyza makes any material amendment to this arbitration agreement, other than amendments to notice addresses or website links, that amendment shall not apply to any claim filed before its effective date. Voyza will notify you of material amendments at least 30 days before the effective date by posting the amended Terms and, where feasible, by email. If you do not agree, you may close your account within the 30-day period, and the prior version of the arbitration agreement shall apply to any pre-existing dispute.

Severability of Arbitration Agreement. With the exception of the class action waiver, if any part of this arbitration agreement is found invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of the arbitration agreement shall continue to apply. If the class action waiver is found invalid or unenforceable, then the entirety of the arbitration agreement shall be null and void, and the remaining Terms shall continue in full force and effect.

Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where preempted by federal law. For any claims not subject to arbitration, you and Voyza each irrevocably consent to the exclusive personal jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in the State of Delaware, and each party waives any objection to such jurisdiction or venue, including any objection based on inconvenient forum. For users located outside the United States who are not subject to the arbitration agreement, claims may be brought in the courts of your jurisdiction of residence, on an individual and not class-wide basis. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.

Promotional Claims

Any promotional statements, savings claims, or comparative pricing shown on the Services are estimates that depend on factors such as dates, availability, Provider, and rate type. Actual prices and savings may vary, and the rate available to you is confirmed only at checkout. Voyza does not guarantee the lowest available price.

Future Paid Features

Voyza does not currently offer paid subscriptions or memberships. If Voyza later offers subscriptions, memberships, or other paid recurring features, additional terms and any legally required disclosures will apply and will be presented to you before enrollment.

Accounts

If you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information and to keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, and you agree to notify us promptly at legal@voyza.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. Where available, you may delete your account through the account settings page, or you may contact us to request account deletion. Deletion of your account will result in the deletion of your User Profile and associated data, subject to any retention required by law. Voyza may suspend or terminate any account that is used in violation of these Terms or applicable law, or in a manner that is harmful to Voyza or other users.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Services. You specifically agree not to:

  • provide false, misleading, or inaccurate information, or make fraudulent bookings;
  • impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity;
  • make bookings on behalf of others without their authorization;
  • attempt to reverse engineer, probe, or manipulate the AI Concierge or any underlying AI model;
  • use the Services to engage in any form of fraud, deception, or unlawful activity;
  • harvest or collect information about other users, or access content, data, accounts, or systems you are not authorized to access;
  • probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Services, or breach security or authentication measures; or
  • interfere with the use of the Services by any other user.

Bookings, Rates, Fees, and Taxes

You authorize Voyza and the applicable Provider to book reservations for the price shown, plus applicable fees and taxes as disclosed before you confirm a booking. If you use an AI Booking Feature, your authorization includes actions taken by the AI Concierge or other automated tools in accordance with your instructions, preferences, account settings, and booking confirmation. Rates may include service or processing fees that are disclosed before purchase. Prepaid reservations are charged at the time of booking.

Taxes and fees may be charged by Voyza, Providers, the hotel, or the payment processors, as disclosed to you before booking. Some fees may be non-refundable, as stated at checkout or in your confirmation. You are responsible for hotel-imposed charges, such as resort or destination fees, parking, deposits, and incidentals, unless otherwise stated. Voyza will not charge fees that are not disclosed at or before checkout. Your card issuer may charge foreign transaction or currency conversion fees for bookings denominated in a currency other than your home currency, and Voyza is not responsible for such fees.

Quoted Pricing and Provider Terms

Prices are subject to change until a booking is confirmed, and all prices are subject to availability and are confirmed only at checkout. Voyza may correct pricing errors. If a booking cannot be honored at the displayed price, we may offer the correct price or cancel the booking without penalty where permitted or required. Voyza does not guarantee that a price shown through the AI Concierge or any AI-generated content reflects the actual available rate.

Each property may impose additional terms (cancellation, identification at check-in, health and safety). You agree to comply with those terms.

Cancellations, Changes, Refunds, and No-Shows

Cancellation and change policies are set by the hotel or Provider and are shown before you book and in your confirmation. Fees may apply. You agree to abide by the cancellation and change policies applicable to your reservation at the time of booking. No-shows and day-of cancellations may result in forfeiture of amounts paid, subject to the specific terms of your reservation and any applicable consumer protection laws.

Voyza does not guarantee refunds except as required by law or the cancellation and rate policies applicable to your reservation. Force majeure events, including natural disasters, pandemics, governmental travel restrictions, and similar events outside Voyza’s reasonable control, do not automatically entitle you to a refund from Voyza. Refund eligibility in such circumstances is governed by the Provider’s, property’s, or supplier’s applicable policies and by applicable law.

Search, Ranking, and Recommendations

Search results, rankings, and recommendations on the Services are generated in whole or in part by automated systems and may take into account factors such as your query, stated preferences, availability, popularity, commercial relationships, and other signals. Results and rankings are provided to assist your research and do not constitute advice or a recommendation that any particular hotel or option is suitable for you. The order in which results appear may change over time and may differ from results shown by other services.

Hotel Information, Reviews, and Maps

Hotel information, photos, amenities, room descriptions, and map features are provided for general informational purposes and may be supplied by hotels, Providers, or other third parties. This information may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate, and map locations may be approximate.

Reviews, scores, review counts, tags, and sentiment summaries shown on the Services may be drawn from third-party sources and may be summarized, categorized, or ranked by automated systems. This information may be incomplete or unrepresentative, may not reflect your individual experience, and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for a booking decision. You should review the hotel’s own information and policies before booking.

Travel Responsibilities

You are responsible for verifying all material details of any reservation and destination before booking and before travel. Because AI outputs and third-party information may be inaccurate or incomplete, you should independently confirm the following with the hotel, Provider, or relevant authorities, as applicable:

  • room type, bed configuration, and accessibility features;
  • cancellation policy, refundability, and any deposits;
  • resort or destination fees, incidental holds, and parking;
  • pet rules, check-in age, and identification requirements;
  • safety, neighborhood conditions, and local travel advisories; and
  • passports, visas, and entry requirements for your destination.

Travel involves inherent risks. You are responsible for assessing the suitability of any destination, hotel, or activity for your circumstances, and for obtaining any insurance, documentation, or precautions you consider appropriate. Voyza does not provide medical, legal, security, or immigration advice.

Third-Party Beneficiaries

To provide the Services, Voyza uses third-party platforms, Providers, payment processors, and hotel inventory providers (“Vendors”). Certain provisions of these Terms that relate to disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnity may also benefit Vendors and Voyza’s service providers as intended third-party beneficiaries, to the extent permitted by law. The dispute resolution, disclaimer, limitation of liability, and indemnification provisions of these Terms are also intended to benefit Voyza’s officers, directors, employees, agents, successors, and assigns as third-party beneficiaries.

Disclaimers

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VOYZA DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS AND IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. VOYZA DOES NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION, OR THAT THE SERVICES ARE FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS. VOYZA DOES NOT GUARANTEE THE LOWEST PRICE, AVAILABILITY, OR THE ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF ALL LISTINGS.

VOYZA DOES NOT WARRANT THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, TIMELINESS, OR RELIABILITY OF ANY AI-GENERATED CONTENT, INCLUDING AI CONCIERGE OUTPUTS, AI BOOKING FEATURES, HOTEL SUMMARIES, REVIEW HIGHLIGHTS, OR TRAVEL RECOMMENDATIONS. AI OUTPUTS ARE PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY AND DO NOT CONSTITUTE PROFESSIONAL TRAVEL, LEGAL, FINANCIAL, OR OTHER ADVICE.

YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR INDEPENDENTLY VERIFYING ALL MATERIAL DETAILS BEFORE BOOKING AND BEFORE TRAVEL, INCLUDING ROOM TYPE, BED CONFIGURATION, ACCESSIBILITY, CANCELLATION POLICY, REFUNDABILITY, RESORT OR DESTINATION FEES, DEPOSITS, INCIDENTAL HOLDS, PARKING, PET RULES, CHECK-IN AGE, IDENTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS, SAFETY, NEIGHBORHOOD CONDITIONS, TRAVEL ADVISORIES, VISAS, AND ENTRY REQUIREMENTS.

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN DISCLAIMERS, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

Limitations of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VOYZA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR SERVICES. HOTELS, PROVIDERS, AND OTHER SUPPLIERS ARE INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS, AND VOYZA IS NOT LIABLE FOR THEIR ACTS, ERRORS, OR OMISSIONS. IN NO EVENT SHALL VOYZA’S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES EXCEED THE GREATER OF (I) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO VOYZA IN CONNECTION WITH THE BOOKING OR TRANSACTION GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (II) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100). THIS LIMITATION APPLIES REGARDLESS OF THE FORESEEABILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES AND REGARDLESS OF WHETHER VOYZA WAS ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Voyza and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Services, your bookings, or your violation of these Terms. This indemnification obligation survives termination of these Terms and your cessation of use of the Services. Voyza reserves the right to assume control of the defense of any matter subject to indemnification by you at Voyza’s expense, and you agree to cooperate with Voyza in such defense.

Communications

By providing your contact information, you agree that Voyza may send transactional messages about your bookings and account. Where you opt in, we may send marketing messages, and you can opt out as described in those messages or in our Privacy Policy. By providing your email address or telephone number, you consent to receive electronic notices and disclosures, and agree that electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement that communications be in writing. Voyza will not send marketing text messages (SMS) to your mobile device without your express prior consent. You may revoke consent to receive marketing communications at any time by following the opt-out instructions in any such message or by contacting us at legal@voyza.com.

User Content and Feedback

If you submit content to the Services, such as reviews, comments, or other materials, you grant Voyza a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute that content in connection with operating and improving the Services. You represent that you have the rights necessary to submit such content and that it does not violate any law or third-party right.

If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Services, you agree that Voyza may use them without restriction or obligation to you.

Intellectual Property

Content on the Services is owned by Voyza or its licensors. Our name, logo, domain, and all content and materials available through the Services, including AI-generated outputs produced by or for Voyza, are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Subject to your compliance with these Terms and applicable law, Voyza grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, revocable, and non-transferable license to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial travel planning purposes. DMCA

If you believe content on the Services infringes your copyright, please send an “Infringement Notice” to legal@voyza.com with the information required under the DMCA, including a description of the work, the URL of the material, your contact information, and statements of good faith and accuracy. Your Infringement Notice must include:

  • (i) identification of your copyrighted work;
  • (ii) a description of the allegedly infringing material and its location;
  • (iii) your name, address, telephone number, and email address;
  • (iv) a good faith belief statement; and
  • (v) a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act.

Infringement Notices are not anonymous; Voyza will forward your notice to the alleged infringer.

The Services may contain hyperlinks to websites operated by parties other than Voyza, provided for convenience only. Voyza does not control such websites and is not responsible for their content, commitments, or policies. Inclusion of a link does not imply any endorsement. You access third-party websites at your own risk.

Changes to These Terms

Voyza may modify these Terms by posting an updated version on the Services. Voyza will notify you of material changes at least 30 days before the effective date by posting a notice on the Services and, where feasible, by sending you an email to the address associated with your account. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you should stop using the Services. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Termination

Voyza may suspend or terminate your access to the Services, in whole or in part, at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that Voyza believes violates these Terms or applicable law, or that is harmful to Voyza or to other users. You may stop using the Services at any time and may delete your account as described above. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including the Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Indemnity, and Dispute Resolution sections, will survive.

Miscellaneous

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and Voyza relating to the Services and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings. No joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and Voyza as a result of these Terms. If Voyza fails to enforce any provision of these Terms, it shall not be construed as a waiver of any right or provision. These Terms may not be assigned by you without Voyza’s prior written consent; Voyza may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or substantially all of its assets. If any provision of these Terms (other than the class action waiver in the Dispute Resolution section) is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remainder of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.
