Privacy Policy
Last updated:
This Privacy Policy describes the information collected when you visit voyza.com (the “Site”) and use the Services (as defined in our Terms of Use), and how Voyza Travel LLC (“Voyza”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and discloses that information. It also describes your privacy choices and the rights you may have regarding your personal information. By using the Site and the Services, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, you should stop using the Site and the Services.
Voyza operates an artificial intelligence travel platform. You can search for hotels and travel options by chatting with our AI systems, including an AI-powered concierge (the “AI Concierge”), and you can discover, compare, and receive recommendations for hotels and related travel options. The Services may facilitate bookings through third-party booking providers and hotels. If you create an account or use the Services while signed in, Voyza may save your preferences, searches, and AI conversations to a personalized profile (“User Profile”) so that you can resume your searches and chats when you return. When you book or interact with a third-party provider, your information may be transferred to that provider and processed under its own privacy policy.
This Privacy Policy is intended to operate alongside the Voyza Terms of Use. Where the Terms of Use describe the rules for using the Services, this Privacy Policy describes how your information is handled.
Information We Collect
We collect personal information in three general ways: information you provide to us directly, information we collect automatically when you use the Services, and information we receive from third parties. The categories below describe the types of information Voyza may collect, depending on how you use the Services.
Information You Provide to Us
Account and authentication information. Information you provide when you create an account or sign in, such as your name, email address, username, password or other credentials, and, if you sign in through a third-party authentication provider, the account identifiers and basic profile information that provider shares with us.
Contact information. Your name, email address, telephone number, and similar details you provide so that we can communicate with you, send confirmations, or respond to requests.
Search, trip, and booking information. The destinations, travel dates, guest counts, hotel preferences, budgets, search criteria, saved hotels, selected hotels or rooms, booking instructions, confirmations, rate and cancellation terms presented to you, booking status, cancellation or change requests, and transaction or reservation information associated with a booking or attempted booking.
AI chat and AI Concierge information. The prompts, messages, questions, instructions, confirmations, and other text you submit when you chat with our AI systems or the AI Concierge; your conversation history; the responses and recommendations generated for you; and any travel preferences, destinations, dates, booking instructions, or other details you choose to share during a conversation.
Payment and checkout information. Information related to payment authorization, checkout, transaction identifiers, fraud-prevention signals, and payment status. If payment processing is handled by a third-party payment processor, that processor may collect and process payment information under its own terms and privacy policy.
User Profile information. If you are signed in, the saved preferences, saved searches, saved conversations, saved hotels, trip history, and similar personalization information associated with your User Profile, along with inferences we draw about your likely travel preferences.
Communications, support, and feedback. The content of messages you send to us, including customer support requests, feedback, reviews, ratings, survey responses, and related information.
Newsletter and price-alert preferences. The email address and preferences you provide to receive newsletters, price alerts, deals, or other communications you request.
Information We Collect Automatically
Device and connection information. Information such as IP address, device type and identifiers, browser type, operating system, language and region settings, internet service provider, and similar technical details.
Usage and log information. Information about how you interact with the Services, such as pages and screens viewed, searches run, features used, links clicked, referring and exit pages, date and time stamps, session duration, and clickstream data, including logs of AI chat and AI Concierge sessions.
Cookies and similar technologies. Information collected through cookies, web beacons, pixel tags, software development kits, and similar technologies, as described in the Cookies and Similar Technologies section below.
Approximate location. Approximate location inferred from your IP address, and, where you enable location features on your device, more precise location information.
Analytics and marketing data. Information generated through analytics and advertising technologies about how the Services and related campaigns perform, including interactions with marketing communications.
Information We Receive from Third Parties
We may receive information about you from third parties that help us operate the Services, including:
- booking providers, hotels, and travel suppliers, such as reservation, confirmation, and transaction information;
- payment processors, such as confirmation that a payment was completed (Voyza does not store full payment card numbers when processing is handled by a third-party processor);
- authentication providers, when you choose to sign in through a third-party account;
- analytics and advertising partners, such as information about your interactions with the Services and with marketing;
- mapping and location providers, communications providers, and other service providers that support specific features; and
- other sources where permitted by law.
When you interact with a third-party provider or complete a booking, that provider may collect and process your information under its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of providers you interact with through the Services.
Inferences and Personalization Signals. We may derive inferences about your likely travel preferences, interests, and patterns from your activity on the Services and your interactions with our AI systems. These inferences and other personalization signals may be associated with your User Profile and used to personalize your experience, as described below.
Sensitive Information. Please do not submit sensitive personal information through the Services, including in AI chats or to the AI Concierge, unless we specifically request it for a particular feature. Depending on the features you use, we may collect information that is considered sensitive under applicable law, such as precise location information, accessibility needs, dietary needs, health-related preferences, government identification information, payment-related information, or other sensitive information you choose to provide or that is needed to provide a requested feature. We use sensitive information only as reasonably necessary to provide the features you requested, complete or support your booking, personalize your experience where permitted, comply with law, protect safety and security, or as otherwise described in this Privacy Policy. Where required by applicable law, we will provide additional notices and choices for sensitive information, including any required opt-out mechanism to limit the use of sensitive personal information.
How We Use Information
We use personal information for the following purposes, depending on how you use the Services and subject to your choices and applicable law:
Provide the Services. Operate, maintain, and deliver the Site and the Services, including account creation, sign-in, and authentication.
Facilitate search, recommendations, and bookings. Run searches; generate hotel results, recommendations, AI chat responses, and AI-generated summaries of ratings, reviews, and sentiment; display maps; and facilitate bookings through third-party booking providers and hotels.
Save profiles and enable continuity. Save your User Profile and allow you, as a returning user, to resume your searches, saved hotels, and AI conversations, and to maintain context within and across sessions.
Personalize the experience. Personalize recommendations, results, and content based on your activity, preferences, and personalization signals.
Assist with AI Booking Features. Where you use AI Booking Features, prepare booking options, apply your preferences, initiate reservation flows, assist with checkout, document your authorization, complete or support a booking, process or facilitate payment, support changes and cancellations, and troubleshoot errors, as further described in the AI and Automated Processing Section.
Communicate with you. Send account notices, confirmations, service messages, support responses, legal notices, and, where you have requested or where permitted, newsletters, price alerts, and marketing communications.
Improve and develop the Services. Debug, secure, monitor, test, evaluate, improve, and develop the Services and the AI systems that power them, as further described in the AI and Automated Processing section.
Measure performance and advertising. Analyze how the Services and our marketing perform, including the effectiveness of advertising.
Protect Voyza and others. Comply with applicable law, respond to legal process, enforce our Terms of Use, prevent and detect fraud and abuse, troubleshoot booking or payment errors, resolve disputes, document transactions and authorizations, and protect the rights, property, and safety of Voyza, our users, and others.
AI and Automated Processing
WHEN YOU USE THE AI CHAT FEATURES, AI BOOKING FEATURE, OR THE AI CONCIERGE, YOU ARE INTERACTING WITH AUTOMATED ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE SYSTEMS RATHER THAN A HUMAN TRAVEL AGENT.
Voyza identifies the AI nature of these features, and if you ask whether you are communicating with a person or an AI system, Voyza will confirm that you are interacting with an AI system.
AI outputs, including hotel recommendations, destination suggestions, summaries of ratings and reviews, travel tips, booking-related assistance, and itinerary ideas, are generated automatically and may involve third-party AI service providers that process information on Voyza’s behalf. AI outputs may not always be accurate, complete, or current, are provided for general informational purposes, and do not constitute professional travel, legal, financial, or other advice. You should independently verify important information before you rely on it or complete a booking.
AI features may also help you take actions in connection with a hotel search or booking, such as preparing booking options, applying your preferences, initiating a reservation flow, assisting with checkout, or supporting a booking. These features may use information you provide, User Profile information, prior searches, saved preferences, conversation history, booking details, account settings, and other interaction data to provide the requested assistance. You should review all material booking details before confirming a booking.
How We Process Information for AI Features
Subject to your choices and applicable law, we may process your prompts, conversation history, User Profile data, and interaction data in order to:
- train the AI models that power our Services, including the AI Concierge and AI Booking Features;
- generate responses, recommendations, and summaries;
- personalize the Services and maintain context within and across your sessions;
- improve the quality, relevance, and safety of AI features;
- test, evaluate, and develop new and existing features; and
- monitor for, detect, and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
Where we work to improve, evaluate, or develop our AI systems, we use de-identified or aggregated information where appropriate so that the information is not reasonably linked to you. We do not sell your AI conversations to third parties for their own independent purposes. We will describe any specific AI-related choices that are available to you, and any choices required by applicable law, in the Your Privacy Choices and Your Privacy Rights sections below.
Automated Decisions
The Services use automated systems to rank and recommend hotels, to personalize results, and to help detect fraud. Voyza does not currently use solely automated processing to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you without a meaningful opportunity for human involvement. If this changes, we will update this Privacy Policy and provide the notices, choices, and rights required by applicable law.
How We Disclose Information
We may disclose personal information in the following circumstances. We may also disclose aggregated or de-identified information that does not reasonably identify you.
Booking providers, hotels, and travel suppliers. To facilitate, confirm, support, change, cancel, or troubleshoot your searches, bookings, attempted bookings, reservation requests, and related customer-service interactions.
Service providers. To payment processors, cloud and hosting providers, AI vendors and infrastructure providers, analytics providers, communications providers, mapping and location providers, fraud and security vendors, customer support vendors, and other providers that perform services on our behalf, including services related to AI-assisted search, booking support, checkout, payment authorization, fraud prevention, error resolution, and customer support subject to obligations consistent with this Privacy Policy.
Authentication providers. When you choose to sign in or connect through a third-party account.
Advertising and analytics partners. For analytics, measurement, and interest-based or cross-context advertising. Depending on the technologies used, this may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” or “targeted advertising” under certain U.S. state privacy laws. See the Your Privacy Rights section for available opt-out choices.
Corporate transactions. To participants in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate protections and applicable law.
Legal and safety. To comply with applicable law or legal process, enforce our Terms of Use, prevent fraud and abuse, and protect the rights, property, and safety of Voyza, our users, and others.
At your direction or with your consent. When you ask us to share your information or otherwise consent to its disclosure.
Third-party providers, including booking providers, hotels, payment processors, authentication providers, and mapping providers, may process your information under their own privacy policies when you interact with their services or complete a booking. We do not control, and are not responsible for, the privacy practices of those third parties.
Cookies and Similar Technologies
The Site uses cookies and similar technologies, such as web beacons and pixel tags to operate the Services, remember your preferences, analyze performance, and support advertising. The categories below summarize how we use these technologies.
| Category | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Essential | Enable core functionality such as security, sign-in, the booking flow, and session management. The Services may not work properly without these technologies. |

Voyza presents a cookies banner that lets you make choices about non-essential cookies. Depending on your location and the tools available, you may also be able to manage your choices through cookie tools, your browser or device settings, or other legally required mechanisms. Where required by applicable law, Voyza will honor recognized opt-out preference signals, such as the Global Privacy Control, as an opt-out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising for the browser or device that sends the signal. Some features may not function properly if certain cookies are disabled.
Some third parties place cookies or similar technologies on the Services for advertising, analytics, and measurement, and their use of those technologies is governed by their own privacy policies. You can learn about certain industry opt-out tools through the Network Advertising Initiative and the Digital Advertising Alliance. To manage advertising and analytics choices through Voyza, use the Manage cookies link in the footer of any page.
Retention of Information
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. To determine how long to retain information, we consider criteria such as:
- the duration of your account and your ongoing relationship with us, for account and User Profile information;
- the nature of your saved preferences, saved searches, saved conversations, and AI conversation history, and whether you have deleted them or your account;
- the duration of a search or session, for search and session information, including temporary identifiers used to maintain continuity for users who are not signed in;
- the need to keep booking, payment authorization, confirmation, transaction, AI-assisted booking interaction, cancellation, change, support, and dispute records to fulfill bookings, support customers, and meet tax, accounting, and other legal obligations;
- the need to retain communications, support records, and feedback to respond to you and to operate the Services;
- the lifespan and purpose of cookies, logs, and analytics data; and
- legal, regulatory, security, and fraud-prevention requirements, including the need to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
When information is no longer needed, we will delete, anonymize, or de-identify it, or securely store it and isolate it from further use until deletion is possible.
Security
Voyza uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. These measures may include encryption in transit, access controls that limit access to authorized personnel, and periodic security reviews. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee the security of your information. You should take your own precautions to protect your information, including safeguarding your account credentials.
Your Privacy Choices
You can exercise the following choices regarding your information:
Account and profile. You can review and update most account and profile information in your account settings. Where available, you can delete your account through account settings, or you can contact us to request deletion. Account deletion will also delete your User Profile and your saved searches, saved hotels, and saved AI conversations, subject to limited retention permitted by law.
Marketing communications. You can opt out of marketing emails by following the unsubscribe instructions in any marketing message or by contacting us. Voyza will not send marketing text messages without your prior express consent where required.
Price alerts and newsletters. You can manage or cancel price alerts and newsletters through your account settings or the controls included in those communications.
Cookies. You can manage cookie choices through the cookies banner, cookie tools, your browser or device settings, or legally required mechanisms, as described above.
AI and profile data. You can delete your AI conversation history through your account settings where available, or by contacting us. We will describe and honor any additional AI or profiling choices required by applicable law.
To exercise any of these choices, you can contact us at privacy@voyza.com.

Depending on where you live and subject to applicable law, you may have some or all of the following rights regarding your personal information. Voyza will provide the rights and choices required by the laws that apply to you.
