You can still ask for these. We will tell you what we are able to remove and what we have to keep.

Reservation and payment records. We have to keep these while tax, accounting and hotel supplier obligations apply, so we may only be able to remove part of them.

Your Voyza account itself. Closing it also ends your access to any bookings made through it.
