When hotel is over 80% capacity, the first night will be charged to the card on file for all arriving reservations. If payment sources need to be changed at time of check-in, refunds can be processed to appropriate cards after payment for stay has been processed in full. A VALID PHOTO ID and PHYSICAL COPY OF PAYMENT SOURCE are required at check-in. Cardholder MUST be present at time of check-in and all payment source’s and ID’s names must match to process payment. If cardholder will not be present at check-in, additional paperwork authorization is required. PET POLICY: All well-groomed, well behaved dogs and cats under 35 pounds (lbs.) are welcomed for $45 USD cleaning fee per Stay and $150 USD refundable security deposit. Only one pet per room is allowed. Pet must be leashed or carried and cannot be left alone in room unless in a carrier. All guests are entitled to one PARKING spot per room. Any additional spaces are subject to a $5 USD additional fee and is purely subject to availability. No vehicles permitted longer than 20 ft. CHECK-IN: Begin at 3:00 PM.
