Package Handling and Storage Fees: The hotel front desk will only receive and hold packages for registered guests. A $3.00 handling fee will be charged to the room of the package recipient for each package received. An additional $50.00 handling fee will be charged for each package received that is over 30 lbs. Packages will be held for up to seven days. The hotel is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages.
