Embassy Suites by Hilton Phoenix Scottsdale sits in Phoenix, AZ, placing guests inside a defined metro market with its own dining clusters, transit spine, and visitor corridors. As a hotel, Embassy Suites by Hilton Phoenix Scottsdale is typically chosen for access to both the immediate blocks around the building and the wider Phoenix activity zones travelers care about. Straight-line distances to nearby reference points are listed in the FAQ below and are computed from coordinates returned by the geocoder; real routing, traffic, and terminal time will differ—treat them as orientation, not ETA guarantees. Neighborhood character shifts by block: central business districts skew toward meetings and dining strips, resort corridors skew toward leisure venues, and airport-adjacent pockets skew toward quick turnarounds. When planning days in Phoenix, pair the map above with your maps app so you can compare walking, transit, and rideshare options block by block.
Generally reported as clean (rooms cleaned daily, several guests explicitly praised cleanliness) but some mentions of stained furniture, old/worn carpet and missing tiles reduce the score slightly.
Staff described as friendly and helpful in multiple reviews, though there were service lapses (long waits for towels, understaffing impressions, no compensation offered for inconveniences).
Frequently called very convenient — near family, shops, restaurants, golf course and ~15–20 minutes to the airport; balcony/view and proximity to golf are repeatedly praised.
Beds and linens often praised (comfortable), but multiple guests noted outdated appliances, a leaking/non-cooling mini-fridge, worn carpet, stained furniture and minor maintenance issues (dripping tub, flashing light).
Pool, golf-course access and included beverages are positives; breakfast facilities are strong. Some amenity negatives: jacuzzi/tiles need upgrades and pool hours/closure reported as inconvenient.
Overall perceived as good value (included breakfast/drinks and convenient location), though extra pet fees and lack of shuttle/occasional unaddressed issues temper the score slightly.
Breakfast repeatedly called a highlight (buffet with made-to-order eggs/omelets, often described as one of the best perks); minor complaints about undercooked bacon do not outweigh the strong praise.
Most guests enjoyed their stay and would return; overall comfortable and convenient with some maintenance and staffing issues noted that slightly detract from perfection.
