Mixed but notable negative comments: multiple guests reported hair, stains on sheets/towels and a toilet/sewage smell in one room, though some reviews stated rooms were very clean.
Generally praised: staff described as incredible and accommodating (e.g., helped with room move when rooms had problems).
Mostly positive: convenient to airport and offers Strip views; some guests noted it is a bit far from the Strip and the neighborhood can feel less safe walking at night.
Rooms described as modern, comfortable beds and good layouts; some noise issues from interconnecting doors and occasional maintenance problems reported.
Strong positives for pools (multiple pools, 21+ area, free umbrellas), fun bar/casino vibe and convenient rideshare area; parking distance varied by tower.
Multiple guests said it was a great deal / worth the price and a good budget-friendly option for Vegas.
Some disappointment noted: breakfast buffet described as expensive and not very good; otherwise limited mentions of F&B quality.
Overall sentiment is very positive: many guests call it a wonderful stay, would stay again, praise location, pools, vibe and staff despite some cleanliness and breakfast issues.
