Repeatedly praised across reviews: described as 'very clean', 'clean and new', 'Nyt og lækkert' and 'clean adults only resort' — strong positive sentiment on housekeeping and overall property cleanliness.

Mixed but generally positive: multiple mentions of friendly, helpful staff (notably Alex at check-in) and good pool/team interactions, tempered by isolated but strong negative check-in and pool staff experiences that lowered the score slightly.

Location is praised for downtown/Fremont access and separate vibe from the Strip, but some guests disliked being away from the Strip and several noted noise from Fremont Street and the freeway — positive for downtown visitors, slightly penalized for noise and lack of Strip proximity.

Rooms described as spacious, well-equipped, modern, with very comfortable beds and good room upkeep; minor drawbacks noted (no in-room coffee maker/microwave, no in-room phones) but overall strong room quality sentiment.

Amenity sentiment is very strong: standout pool/Stadium Swim, good gym, sportsbook and casino; some friction noted around ID checks for entry and a somewhat lengthy route to the pool area, but amenities are a major positive.

Consistent mentions of high prices and expense (including unexpected parking charges) lead to weaker sentiment on value despite quality — several guests explicitly called prices 'extremely high' or 'expensive'.

Limited but positive mentions of food, bar lounges and sportsbook; no major complaints about F&B quality, though coverage is lighter than other categories so score is solid but not exceptional.

Overall sentiment is strongly positive — many guests called it their best downtown stay, celebrated events there, and praised the clean, fun atmosphere and pool; isolated negative experiences (check-in, staff, noise, cost) did not dominate overall impressions.
