Straight-line distances to nearby reference points are listed in the FAQ below and are computed from coordinates returned by the geocoder; real routing, traffic, and terminal time will differ—treat them as orientation, not ETA guarantees. Neighborhood character shifts by block: central business districts skew toward meetings and dining strips, resort corridors skew toward leisure venues, and airport-adjacent pockets skew toward quick turnarounds. Mixed reports: several guests praised clean rooms but there are multiple serious cleanliness complaints (bed bugs, insects in floor joints, strong mildew/urine odors, some rooms reported as dirty). These recurring negative reports lower the score.
Consistently praised front-desk and staff (friendly, pleasant, helpful; honored room requests). One negative breakfast-staff interaction noted, but overall service sentiment is very strong.
Very strong positive consensus: excellent location, close to the beach and convenient for travel; frequently cited by repeat guests as a primary reason to return.
Mixed: some comfortable beds and reasonable rooms, but several issues reported (terrible pillows, noisy AC, broken/non-operational closet doors, beat-up furniture, odors). Room condition is uneven and pulls the rating down.
Basic amenities are appreciated (continental breakfast, garden/grounds, some rooms with refrigerator and microwave). Limited but well-regarded amenities for the price point.
Frequently described as good value or great price; many repeat guests cite the rate and overall value as a reason to return.
Mixed breakfast feedback: several guests liked the eggs/cereal and found breakfast okay, while others reported poor items or a problematic breakfast-staff interaction. Overall average impression is slightly above average but inconsistent.
Overall positive repeat-stay sentiment driven by location, staff, garden and value, tempered by notable cleanliness and some room-quality issues; reflects the target overall rating.
