Multiple reviews describe rooms as clean, immaculately maintained and neat; minor issues reported (smoke smell in elevator/hallway) but overall cleanliness is a strong positive.
Staff are often described as friendly, professional and helpful (reliable shuttle, flexible check-in/out), though a few reports note front-desk absence at arrival and key/lock system problems; overall service is a clear strength.
Excellent proximity to DFW and convenient for layovers with a reliable free shuttle; limited nearby dining/entertainment options but location is ideal for airport stays.
Rooms are frequently described as large, comfortable and well equipped (some with kitchens), but a few guests noted dated rooms, a terrible mattress for one stay, A/C problems in a sleeping area, and noise from neighboring doors.
Good practical amenities for an airport hotel — reliable shuttle, small kitchen units, utensils, and a reasonably equipped gym; lacks some extras (no hot breakfast often available).
Several guests highlight the reasonable/very good price for last-minute or airport stays and felt the stay provided good value given the offerings.
Comments consistently note limited food options, absence of hot breakfast in many cases, and limited on-site dining; complimentary coffee is appreciated but overall F&B is a weak area.
Overall impressions are generally positive (hidden gem, would recommend, pleasant stay) balanced by occasional operational and room-quality issues; solid for airport layovers but not flawless.
