Multiple reviews mention a damp/musty smell, visible hairs, and a leak above a room; cleanliness and odor issues were recurring negatives.
Several guests praised the on-site manager (named Narif) and described staff as very helpful; however there are isolated issues (booking cancellation, extra luggage fees) but overall staff assistance was a strong positive.
Consistently noted as a strength: near the airport, walking distance to local points and Sofi stadium; location repeatedly described as good or convenient.
Rooms lack microwaves/refrigerators and sometimes drawers; guests reported issues like leaks, removed fans, and at least one report of an attempted unauthorized entry — mixed-to-poor room quality.
Limited amenities: pool present but airport shuttle costs $10 each way, no in-room microwave/fridge or free shuttle, irons only from front desk; amenities are basic and come with extra charges.
Mixed signals: several complaints about extra fees (early check-in, luggage, paid shuttle) but at least one reviewer calls the cost-benefit favorable — overall perceived as reasonably good value despite add-on charges.
Not mentioned in reviews; assigned the target/standard rating for this category.
Mixed overall: good location and notably helpful staff improve the stay, but cleanliness, room shortcomings, extra fees and occasional service failures leave the overall experience middling.
