Rooms and bathrooms were repeatedly described as clean, though one stay reported a leak that required noisy drying equipment and a room move.
Multiple reports of unfriendly or inattentive front-desk staff (not guiding guests, absent when asked for help, clerk placing guests next to a leak).
Consistently praised: good location near retail, restaurants and within short walking distance of local eateries.
Rooms described as spacious with comfortable beds, but the leak and associated noise/drying equipment negatively affected at least one stay.
Amenities received criticism: pool described as small and uninspired; breakfast bar/service criticized in several reviews.
Mixed impressions: one reviewer called it 'not a good value' while another called it an 'excellent stay for the price.'
Breakfast received mixed-to-negative feedback — called poor in one review and noted as could be better in another, though one mention listed breakfast as a positive.
Generally mixed: location and room size/cleanliness praised, but service issues, a leak incident and weak amenities temper the overall impression.
