Mixed room quality: some guests describe updated, spacious, pleasant-smelling rooms, while others encountered peeling paint, worn beds or odors; overall slightly above average due to several positive reports.
Good in-room amenities noted (iron, couch, desk, swivel TV) and parking availability; facility amenities are strong despite other issues.
Guests felt the price was a bit high given the older property and condition; location helps but value perception is below average.
Several complaints about breakfast quality (nasty, disappointing, instances of hair in food), though one review praised breakfast — overall leans negative.
