Multiple reviews report dirty carpets, stains, mold in the bathroom, lingering smoke/odor, poor housekeeping (rooms not cleaned, blood on wall, filthy pool chairs). Overall cleanliness is a major negative.
Service is mixed but generally positive: several guests note very nice and helpful front-desk and welcoming breakfast staff; isolated problems reported (unexplained card charges, difficulty obtaining a refrigerator) but overall staff interactions are often described as friendly.
Location repeatedly praised: close to attractions, convenient, and has complimentary Disney transport according to reviewers.
Rooms described as outdated and worn (peeling wallpaper, stained carpet, holes in bedding), some maintenance issues (clogged sinks, short shower curtains, no refrigerator, rooms that didn't lock) — room quality is below average.
Amenities are inconsistent: free shuttle and breakfast exist, but pool/chairs were filthy or closed, jacuzzi cold, limited toasters, and occasional lack of refrigerators — mixed to slightly negative.
Some guests find the price reasonable and note good deals; others feel the poor condition and cleanliness undermine value — overall neutral-to-slightly-below-average value perception.
Breakfast receives mixed feedback: a few guests called it good or delicious, while others cited sanitary concerns (uncared-for guests near food) and that breakfast could be improved.
Mixed overall: guests appreciated location, comfortable beds and some helpful staff and found it a safe option in difficult times, but many were disappointed by cleanliness, dated condition and maintenance — net experience leans slightly positive when factoring helpful staff and location.
