Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Swimming pool #1 is closed from Tue 03 Sept 2024 until Fri 23 May 2025 A damage deposit of USD 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the credit card used to book the reservation must be presented at the time of check-in. The name on the reservation also must match the name of the guest checking in. If the guest is unable to provide the credit card for verification, a credit card authorization form must be sent to the resort by the cardholder prior to check-in. Failure to provide valid payment may result in the cancellation of the reservation. Any advance deposit previously collected on the credit card used to book the reservation will be refunded to the card on file and payment will be obtained on the credit card presented by the guest at check-in. ***Please note: This property does not have handicap accessible rooms or facilities and does not have air conditioning***. Please note that the resort does not offer daily maid service. For weekly stays the resort will provide one midweek cleaning. Guests under the age of 21 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Please note that winter access will require a four-wheel drive vehicle. Contact property prior to arrival for details. Spa and pool areas will be closed for winter. If you anticipate your arrival time would be later than midnight (resort local time) please contact the resort prior to arrival. Arrivals after midnight may be subject to cancellation.
