Mixed to negative mentions: multiple guests reported dirt, old/holed bedcovers, visible dirty spots in beds, trash in drawers, moldy/wet smells and even a needle on the floor—clearly an area needing improvement.
Predominantly positive: numerous comments praise very helpful and courteous front-desk staff (notably 'Ingrid'), shuttle staff and overall helpfulness; a few isolated notes about less-friendly desk staff were outweighed by strong praise.
Generally very convenient for the airport with free shuttle service and easy access; one review noted the hotel is 'quite outside' with little around it, but airport proximity is the dominant theme.
Mixed: several guests described spacious, comfortable rooms while others reported moldy smells, shower head issues, missing bathroom items and cleanliness problems—room quality is uneven.
Positives include free airport shuttle, complimentary coffee, parking and breakfast items (muffins); negatives include shuttle scheduling/call issues, lack of bottled water in rooms and a too-warm pool in one report.
Many guests described the property as cost-efficient, a good deal for overnight/airport stays and reasonably priced with free shuttle and parking, supporting a strong value perception.
Generally positive: multiple mentions of good breakfast, tasty muffins and coffee; a few comments said the breakfast was minimal but overall food offerings were satisfactory for the price and purpose of stay.
Overall favorable for overnight and airport-related stays due to helpful staff, convenience and value, but cleanliness and occasional booking/room issues temper the experience for some guests.
